Who Are we?
What is our Mission?
We believe that God is doing something powerful in and through the youth and young adults of New England, and we want to join what God is already doing! That starts with prayer.
How could churches across New England grow and become more effective if we pause and pray with and for Gen Z across the region?
What does it look like to join what God is already doing in and through Gen Z?
What difference will it make in the region when Gen Z knows we are for them and want to see them thrive?
Let’s find out together!!!

Who are we?
The Gen Z Prayer Movement is a gathering of Christians of all generations across denominations from throughout New England praying for and with Gen Z. We exist to support what God is already doing through Gen Z and at churches across the region, not to compete with it.
We are for the local church. We are for Gen Z. We are for New England.
Who is Kyler Barr?
Kyler served as the youth and young adult pastor at Walnut Hill Community Church in Bethel, Connecticut, until 2021, when God made it clear that it was time to jump! That is when he and his family began the adventure of finding out what it meant to support ministry to adolescents and emerging adults all across New England.
Kyler, his wife, and their four boys live in Newtown, CT, and still are a part of Walnut Hill.
